My roommate works for Godiva, which is AMAZING for us. This is the spread she brought home last night…
Two BIG boxes of leftover strawberries that they usually throw out at the end of the day (so she took them home). A few boxes of chocolate. A tin of chocolate pretzels. And some chocolate biscuits (not pictured here). Staff discount.
This is my other roommate holding a huge strawberry. Yes, her hand is normal sized.
These strawberries sell for $10 at Godiva. As you can gather… that is ridiculous. And at the end of the day, they throw them out / employees take them home. Thanks Pheee!

can you send some of those chocolates up to Ottawa? Hahahaha…. my mom went to the Chinese market today and brought back these Taiwanese and Japanese little bite-size cookie-type snack things that are really chewy and made with bean paste. I’m sorry that was such a run-on sentence…..;)

It’s like $40HK PER strawberry over here. So crazy! You are pretty darn lucky to have them FREEEEEEE!
